hello ;)

hello guys, i'm sorry but for the last months i was in a boarding school, so i haven't got much time for train. But now im back xD. I have something good news, so i can do 5 one-armed-pushups on each side. So i reach my first target, the second one (to hold an handstand for over 30 sec.) i haven't reached until yet. So i will try it to do in the next month ;) yesterday i hurt my knee by playing soccer. yeahh... soccer.... really dangerous sport! *gg*   so i have to rest for a view days. I will post a video of my one-armed-pushups when my knee is well ;)

Happy New Year ;)

For the first month in the new year i set myself 2 goals:

My biggest desire at the moment is to do the handstand.  I can go on my hands but I’m not able to hold it without moving^^
At first I want to hold it for over 30 seconds without moving

this could be the basic for hand hops and so on ;)

My second goal is to do 2 one-armed-pushups on each side, wich should help me to get more body-strength.


I decided to reach the 2 targets till 01.02.2011
