For the first month in the new year i set myself 2 goals:
My biggest desire at the moment is to do the handstand. I can go on my hands but I’m not able to hold it without moving^^
At first I want to hold it for over 30 seconds without moving
this could be the basic for hand hops and so on ;)
My second goal is to do 2 one-armed-pushups on each side, wich should help me to get more body-strength.
I decided to reach the 2 targets till 01.02.2011
